Hunan Spicy Taro

Ingredients

  1. Taro
  2. Chopped Red Peppers (剁椒)
  3. Green Onions
  4. Oil
  5. Water
  6. Chicken Bullion

Instructions

  1. Prepare chopped peppers, stir fry, add some sugar
  2. Cut and wash the Taro
  3. Pour the oil in the skillet and heat, and stir in the chopped taro.
  4. Add some water and bring to a boil until the taro is broken and soft.
  5. Add chopped peppers and season with salt.
  6. Add a little chicken bullion, soy sauce and stir well.
